The cottage is smart and spacious and very well equipped. We were warm and comfortable. We found that it was well placed for getting to many of the area's attractions.

The soundproofing between the cottage and the next door house appears to be non-existent and every word and sound could be heard in our bedroom. The bathroom was small and the toilet was so near the bath it was impossible to sit down without sitting sideways on the seat! The cottage was well appointed to a high standard, but was at the back of a semi derelict house and the surrounding area needed to be refurbished. It would have been impossible to sit outside as the courtyard was very untidy and run down. What a shame, as overall the cottage was situated in a perfect location for touring north Wales.

Beautiful cottage with top quality fittings. a little isolated . Met the owner on arrival who showed us around at this point she mentioned the lock on front door was not working correctly but after a lot of twiddling it would lock. Unfortunately, this created a issue for us as for the 3 nights we where there we could not lock it and felt uncomfortable going out each night with only a interior door locked with no alarm and all our possessions in the cottage. The hat stand in the hall was used to push up against the door at night. so to summaries issue involved did not make the package value for money.

A great house which has everything you could need and more. Very good quality and lovely design. Sandra was very helpful and provided a nice welcome tray. Plenty to do in the local area close by. Could hear next door on one occasion but not for long. Would love to visit again another time.
