Glorious views can be from this adjoining barn conversions, located 4 miles from Cornwall’s spectacular north coast.

With views over the glorious countryside these pet-friendly holiday cottages are situated just 4 miles from Cornwall’s spectacular north coast. Buttercups Barn (ref: THF) and Campion Cottage (ref: THG) are converted barns adjoining one another; each enjoys its own pretty landscaped garden to the front which is an ideal place for morning coffee or al fresco dining taking in the sights and sounds of this peaceful countryside setting. They both have exposed beams and stonework and are light and airy and well presented. St Teath is about 1 mile with a pub and shops, and the larger village of Camelford is about 3 miles. Within a few miles are the sandy surfing beaches at Polzeath and Daymer Bay and the dramatic scenery of Boscastle and Tintagel, with its mystical ruined castle. It is a short drive from Port Isaac, a pretty harbour village where the TV series Doc Martin is filmed. Close by is the market town of Wadebridge and the harbour town of Padstow with its array of shops, restaurants and bars, including Rick Stein’s seafood restaurant. Just across from Padstow is Rock which is great for water sports, and Bodmin Moor is excellent for walking and horse riding. Cycle hire available locally. Shops and pub 1 mile.

Absolutely superb cottage, stunning views. Spotlessly clean and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, just a shame it not available for us in Oct otherwise we would have booked again. Conni you have a stunning holiday cottage and thank you

We found the cottage to be a real home from home. The owner Conni made us very welcome. It was nice that there was a field that we could walk our dog round also the garden was enclosed so we could leave doors open and not worry that our dog would wander off. Only downside for my husband and I was there were no local walks. But regardless of this we would still book another holiday at this cottage.

This is the third time we have been to Buttercups Barn for a weekly holiday - we thoroughly enjoy staying in the cottage, which is fairly central for us to travel to our favourite places. The cottage itself is in a quiet location with a lovely outlook and is safe for Gunner, our dog. The owner is very pleasant and helpful at all times. I would recommend this cottage.

Very warm and friendly welcome. A clean and well-equipped holiday cottage. A great deal of thought has gone in to what is provided. Lovely remote location and a great base for exploring North Cornwall. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic time here, Buttercups Barn is a quiet retreat, overlooking open farmland. There are local amenities not far away, with lots of local produce, and an excellent fish and chip shop. The owners Connie and Tim are very helpful, and on arrival we were left fresh eggs, apple juice, milk in the fridge and locally made fudge. We have stayed here twice now, and can't wait to return.

I was surprised the cottage is attached to another! The photos seem deceptive and look detached. The hosts attention to detail, milk and eggs even treats for our dog!

Lovely clean and cosy cottage. Fresh eggs and milk etc on arrival was an added bonus.
