The hosts where excellent and great company. The central heating didn't work properly. The bedrooms where on the small side.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your feedback. The central heating is controlled by a thermostat and won't kick in if the temperature in the Cottage is already at the set level. The heating came on every morning when the temperature was low. The bedrooms are small but guests can walk round the beds. It was lovely to meet you and we hope to welcome you back to The Butter pen again in the future.

Lovely cottage, secluded garden, friendly but not intrusive owners, rural location, car definitely needed to explore surrounding areas.

It's a nice property in a lovely country location the shower in the double bathroom is lovely the couple that own the property are nice and friendly overall a nice stay I've seen some complaints about wifi in property we used five phones/tablets plus a amazon fire stick for tv and had know problems but you will need to you watsap or similar to contact people as phone signal very bad due to rural location
