We were a large family group with babies, toddlers, a child and six adults. The house was very comfortable and clean and well positioned to visit the Loch Lomond area .

Spacious house but only a Venetian blind and no curtains in fourth bedroom so difficult to sleep. Dishwasher needed a clean and didn't work very well. Small outside space but was very shaded. Good location for exploring area but car needed. House on a main road to a village a few miles away.

Very lovely cottage for the price especially if sharing with 2 or 3 other couples, we stayed in Feb so not sure if the price is higher in summer but for what we paid was very reasonable. Pretty good location if you have a car of course as Loch Lomond is pretty vast. Overall very enjoyable, do a little homework into what events are going on in the nearby areas and you will have a great time. Beautiful landscapes, loch's and villages to be explored.

Lovely cottage and beautiful location, great base for Loch and Ben Lomond and the Trossachs. Well equipped, very comfy and plenty of space. Will definitely be booking it again for next year.

The cottage was lovely, very clean and comfortable and warm. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and we had plenty of towels. We loved the location with the river running behind the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay again in the future. Just a couple of things that are worth a mention . We thought that a mat inside the front door and the patio doors would be helpful on wet days to save the floors, And also an extracter fan in the upstairs bathroom to stop the tiles from steaming up. Also we had a surprise visit from a bat in the middle of the night flying up and down the stairs (it just happened to be Friday 13th !) We didn't mind the bat at all but future visitors might. All in all a lovely stay.

The carpet on the stairs leading to the kitchen was lose and needed repair, not enough seats for everyone to be able to watch tv and the electric shower gave up during its first use never to work again. Apart from that a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was spacious, clean, well equipped in the kitchen. Having the 2 ensuites and the large family bathroom makes the cottage perfect for families of all ages. It was great to have the wifi connection, an added bonus for everyone.

We stayed in the Cottage for 2 weeks in August. It's a lovely old but modernised house. We stayed with another family and it was plenty of rooms for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked well. There were books and DVD's and also board games which we used a lot in the evening. The location was perfect to get to Ben Lomond, Balloch, Luss and not far from Glasgow and Edinburgh. We enjoyed our stay very much and I would't hesitate to recommend this Cottage to friends.
