Really enjoyed our stay, was close to the beach, and the new restaurant (Aqua) was very good.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Yes, it is close to the road but we didn't find this a problem with the car park just across the way and I didn't really find traffic noise too much of a problem at all. Great location with the pub 1 min walk and multiple beaches a very short drive away. The cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the milk and welsh cakes were appreciated! We found the cottage very cosy and well equipped. The garden was lovely with plenty of room and garden furniture - if you have a small dog just be aware of the gaps in the hedge which my dog squeezed through before I could stop him when he spotted a cat! My nephew loved the toys provided, particularly the diggers. The only reason I've not given full marks is that I found the bed mattress rather uncomfortable, that aside, we really enjoyed our stay at Bryn Tirion and would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely, cosy cottage in a great location. Minutes away from beautiful Llanbedrog and a short drive to Abersoch and Hells Mouth. Neighbours and owners were extremely friendly and helpful, garden is huge and the cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Good value for money between 5 of us, we will definitely stay again. My only tiny criticism would be the back gate to the garden, we had 2 small puppies with us that could easily have got through or under the gate which leads through another garden straight on to a busy road. We just put some boxes over the gaps in the gate. It wasn't a problem but a wooden gate with no gaps which goes down to the floor would be great!

We enjoyed a week at Bryn Tirion as a family of three. The cottage is lovely, has good facilities and is well located for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. The owners were next door during our stay and were polite, friendly and helpful. The fridge, mentioned in other comments, didn't seem as cold as it could have been but I kept meat in the freezer and it didn't cause us any problems. The B road running in front of the house is fairly busy (we were woken a few times during the night) but there is a front garden to the property with a wall and a gate so you don't leave the front door and step directly onto the road. There are a selection of books, videos and games to keep you entertained, we enjoyed a few games of Jenga in the evenings. My in-laws were meant to join us but were unable to, which was possibly as well because I think, with a few minor mobility issues, my father in law would have struggled with some of the small things like table having benches instead of chairs at the table, the living room only had comfortable seating for 4 adults and the bedrooms are quite cosy. If the 6th bed was pulled out and in use I'd imagine you'd only be able to get into bed at the foot end of the bed. The weather was lovely most of the time we were there so we were outside for most of our time, but during the evenings, as a party of 5, it would have been a squash inside. All in all, it is a great holiday cottage and as a family of three we would re-visit. If we had more adults in our group I would look for something bigger.
