On arrival, the house was clean, welcoming along with the communal area. We found the accommodation to be very spacious and welcoming. The start of the week was very pleasant and relaxing with no major disturbances in terms of noise and mess. Half way through the holiday, this all changed when a large party took over the holiday accommodations, including the communal area. They took all outdoor equipment for themselves, including all the benches that were meant for everyone staying within the accommodations. The communal area and walk ways became very messy with crisp packets, large cardboard boxes which they used to transport food and goods. Both adult and children's bikes and scooters were left within the communal area, walk ways which in turn also blocked off the road for coming and going vehicles. When playing, they screamed and shouted which carried on until late hours of the evening and early hours of the morning - 3-4am. This affected us as we felt we could not relax as much as we could at the start of our holiday. We felt we could not let the dog out in to our private garden area or walk him around the accommodation park. Also, on booking this property, we were informed of a 20 minute costal walk into the town. We were very disappointed with this on arrival as at first we could not find it and no one else seemed to know about it. Once we thought we had found it we found it to be very steep and had to go through a field of sheep and their mess. The walk was longer than 20 minutes, ranging from 40 minutes to an hour. This was not as advertised. Apart from the wrongly advertised walk and the disturbance of the large party halfway through our weeks holiday, we did enjoy the holiday and enjoyed our accommodation.
