Broom Cottage is a traditional, cosy  "Duck and Dive" cottage, with lots of character and charm located in a tranquil location, yet within easy reach of all the amenities of the historic town of Whitby. The lovely garden is south facing and has a shared access with the cottage next door. You can enjoy the sun all day whilst relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine or dining alfresco. It is an ideal base for a couple with a small dog looking to explore this beautiful coastline or the North York Moors National Park areas.

Ground Floor: Property has gas central heating and comprises:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: With Freesat TV, DVD, recliner chair, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bathroom: With shower cubicle, WC and wash basin
Stairs to 1st floor are "Duck and Dive" as are low in some parts

First Floor: Bedroom: With double bed

All power, heating, bed linen and towels included. 1 small dog allowedStorage area for bikes. Enclosed garden with furniture.
