We really loved Brook Cottage. It was so warm and cosy and had a lovely atmosphere. It was very well equipped and the furnishings were very much in keeping with the cottage. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely & warm Cottage. The conservatory at the back was lovely during the day. One suggestion. Bare minimum of crockery etc would have been so much nicer to have had more drinking glasses and side plates. Result was had to do washing up far more frequently than at home!

The cottage was absolutely perfect for us and our little old dachshund. It had everything we needed including a caffetiere, the village was so close and had all you could want (black and white cottages everywhere). It was a perfect base for exploring Herefordshire and the welsh borders, such beautiful countryside.

We had a lovely time at brook cottage and had everything we needed. Wished we’d done a little more research on the area so we could take advantage of the walks though. No WiFi or phone connection took a little getting used to and the cottage garden needs attention but overall we had a great time and would go back.

Extremely cosy well equipped cottage in wonderful peaceful surroundings close to shops and walks and within driving distance of large towns and places of interest. We have stayed there previously and will hopefully return next spring. The large enclosed garden is ideal for the dog and knowing he could not get out and wonder off gives peace of mind and allows the doors to be left open. All kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order and a full complement of crockery and other utensils available. Bathroom and bedroom very good and the king size bed is warm and comfortable. My only complaint is the settee in the front room which is very low and provides no support. Wood burning stove in the front room gives a cosy feel on a cool evening. On the whole a beautiful cottage for a peaceful get away.

Overall, excellent. The shower attachment on the bath was rather ineffective but this is the only criticism we can make. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Brook Cottage and would happily return.

A nice homely cottage with a lovely garden not far from the village centre. The only down side was the weather as it rained for 5 out of 7 days. I would go back again.

The cottage, its location and its amenities were perfect for us. I can't think of a single thing to improve it!

A fantastic little cottage tucked away in a lane just out of Eardisley but within easy walking distance of a very good pub, a lovely café/restaurant/bookshop and a shop. What I really loved about it was the lovely enclosed garden ( safe for the dog) the conservatory where you could sit and eat breakfast and the little touches that the owners had done. From everything there such as washing up liquid , soap , tea towel , kitchen roll ( so many cottages don't even have the basics ) to books to read , brochures of where to go - it was great. There is no phone signal or wifi but that was the real get away from it all part - we just needed to stop once a day at the café to have a quick cup of tea or cider to check in with home - will definitely be booking this cottage again -
