We had a really good fortnight in Brook Cottage. We liked the quietness, and found the inside of the cottage very cosy and friendly . All the rooms were extremely nice to be in ....We had great weather so sat out a lot ... It was very easy to use all the equipment. Minor reservation was that kitchenwise glasses, china, inside of microwave .... and especially inside of the oven ... pretty grubby. We started off with quite a bit of washing it all before starting to use it ( and we're pretty relaxed in that department ( ie not OCD! ) at home . That apart it was a pretty idyllic time! Thanks! Might be worth warning other people that there's no wi fi ( internet) and the shower is a little underpowered ! But these are minor things ....

A lovely, traditional cottage with lots of interesting features. It is in a fantastic area with lots of things to do. The only thing is that there isn't really any phone reception, so wi-fi at the cottage would have been very useful.

Had the most wonderful week at Brook Cottage. The location, the charm & character of the cottage was perfect......so comfortable, a real home from home & the garden & surroundings were beautiful. The only problem we had is that we didn't want to leave! Haha! Thoroughly recommend & we hope to return one day.

We had the most amazing 3 nights in Brook Cottage. The cottage is so quaint and in the most gorgeous little village. The field and stream in front of the little house make you feel like you are truly in the countryside and make you relax straight away. Our nightly walks to the pub in the next village were such fun as we passed beautiful fields with sheep and rolling hills. I would definitely reccomend this for a small family or for a group of 4 close friends.
