A delightful cottage stocked with everything you need.. Lovely large enclosed garden... Wood burner to light on chilly evenings making it cosy...The main bedroom is a good size with a double and single bed. The second bunk bed bedroom is quite small but ok for kiddies. There are electric heaters in abundance so no need to be chilly...Great new bathroom...Kitchen has everything you need...Cottage is well situated off the beaten track..The owners Colum and Karen are very welcoming and leave you to it ..Colum fills the bird feeders up daily and loads of birds visit them...Yes would certainly return....

Lovely owners, lovely location of the cottage, quiet quaint nice walks. Shame about what forestry Scotland have done to the landscape, they have massacred the landscape nearby so it's not as forested as what one would of hoped for looking at the ordinance and it showing trees everywhere. Scotland had the potential to be a tree paradise but instead is ruled by an oligarchy of profiteers who just after profit and so alot of landscape is barren. Regarding the hosts ,they are very kind and amiable and gave us great privacy. They made inside immaculate and it was very homely Nice stream running at the back of the garden. Internet was ok so not bad before 5 or 6,but dreadful after 6 o clock at night so if you need internet to work I would say it's impossible. But it's to be expected given the location of the cottage and rural Scotland. So it's a great place to stay with great owners so I would stay again
