The hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful. The cottage was spacious and very nice, lovely sofas, enough for 10 people. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was big enough for everyone to sit and eat and had all necessary mod cons including dishwasher which was great. Out of the 3 bathrooms 2 had hand held showers over the bath which would be better with a shower head bracket on the wall. The other is a walk in shower which was great. The farm had horses and some other animals around which we could view and the scenery from the cottage was lovely. All in all it was really good and we would certainly go again.

We was a family party of 9 from 10 years to 70 years old and I can honestly say we all had a fantastic time. The cottage was well equipped and clean with lots of little added extras that we did not expect like milk in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Paul was extremely friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. We can not speak highly enough of the cottage and have recommended it to friends and family We have already looked to book again in the near future.

Great for a large family holiday. Plenty of space and particularly liked the big lounge where everyone could sit on a comfy sofa and big kitchen table to seat 10. Very close to Ashbourne for shops. Lovely local walks - very close - Dovedale, the Manifold valley trail.

Great cottage. The cooking facilities are a bit dated and the boiler very loud, but overall excellent value for money, lovely location and the owner was really helpful. It's a nice big size and the beds are comfortable.

A great holiday cottage. We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is well equipped to house 9 people, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. A lovely touch from the owners of leaving us biscuits and milk for a cup of tea. We will definitely be staying here again.
