Three generations of our family are lucky enough to holiday at Broadbeach, we have been 3 times and would go more often if we could. The location is unsurpassable and the house is so spacious and homely in a "bygone era" way. We have already booked for next year.

A fabulous house in a truly stunning location! We went in March, and expected to be cosied around the log fire playing games etc. As it was, the weather was gorgeous and we spent all our time outside on the beach or sunbathing in the garden! An unexpected bonus! The house is really well equipped and had everything we needed. We've booked again for next March and while we're not expecting the same weather, we're looking forward to it already! Our only minor complaint would be that a couple of the mattresses were a bit tired - the one in the ensuite room especially was rather saggy! Didn't spoil the enjoyment of the weekend though!

Perfectly situated on the beach, this was a lovely warm ,comfortable and relaxing house. We were here to celebrate a birthday and everything is provided in the house to enjoy the celebration. We ventured into the town several times which was a little quite but we understand that this might be down to it being out of season. On the whole we had a brilliant week, and would certainly love to return in the future.

A superb property, well equipped and superb for large groups especially family getogethers. Views are absolutely amazing, with every window having a great aspect. Direct access on to the beach. We went in the middle of January and the house was lovely and warm, admittedly the weather was great but it is a lovely property for a winter break. The house is a wonderful design, built for its view on the bay. Would I stay there again, I'd love to!

Perfect ! Gorgeous house, excellently equipped, huge kitchen, 3 fridges, so we dedicated 1 to drinks ! how decadent ! ( we didn't use them, but there were also 2 big slow cookers there, must be fantastic for people staying and going out for the day ) Very comfortable beds, very pretty bedrooms, vast lounge with really comfy sofas and lovely wood burning stove, beautiful formal dining room and wonderful conservatory for informal dining, although we ended up staying there for our celebration meal and using the boardroom - nod to The Apprentice, as we nick named the formal dining room, for our Beetle Drive and Scrabble Championship ! Such fun having the table football and the pool table available, the whole house as warm as toast, right on the beach, sensational views, glorious at sunrise and sunset. Sainsbury's deliver here so no need to travel with provisions. Fingers crossed we'll be able to return, all 10 of us, 2 Octogenarians, 4 over 50s, a 16 and 14 year old and 2 whippets had an absolute ball and can't wait to do it all again

Fabulous location with stunning views. The property had everything you needed, a real home from home. A large enough lounge for us all to gather in the evening with plenty of seats. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be rebooking

Fantastic time at Broad Beach. Lovely house. Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. Garden onto the beach could have been a bit more secure in terms of fencing for the dog but otherwise absolutely fantastic. Stunning views. Great for larger groups/families. We are definitely rebooking when we can. Fantastic family time had by all.

For the first time we had a dry week in Wales. However we still haven't been to the top of Snowdon and seen the view. We had a splendid week there is plenty to do for both adults and children and if you are tired or just lazy then sit in the lounge and watch the magnificent view which changes every minute, a week will fly by.
