The property was in an amazing spot right on the beach with beautiful views. The house was clean, warm and cosy even thought it was big enough to get lost in, the kitchen was well equipped, a great conservatory with a large dining table so you weren’t alone left cooking! The owners were warm and friendly and were at hand if any problems arouse, the only reason I didn’t give full makes were the dated bathrooms but this wouldn’t stop me from going back

We loved it here. We didn't want to leave! In our party were 3 children, aged 2 & 3 and 7 adults aged up to 75. The house catered well for us all. The best bit by far is the location and that fabulous view of Broad Beach. We just loved the picture window in the lounge. The house is a little tired in places hence not scoring it 10 out of 10 but we would still thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a larger holiday property near a beach.

Family holiday of 12, amazing location. House is very well equipped although is feeling a little tired, hope the house continues to remain as a holiday let and not sold as we would love to return

A great house for a large group in a perfect location overlooking the beach. Beautiful views and a good-sized garden for children to play in. House could do with more bathrooms, in particular more good showers.

What a fantastic house. Our age range was 92 years down to 6 weeks and it met all our needs. Hope we can go again but booking is difficult as everyone loves it.

Three generations of our family are lucky enough to holiday at Broadbeach, we have been 3 times and would go more often if we could. The location is unsurpassable and the house is so spacious and homely in a "bygone era" way. We have already booked for next year.

A fabulous house in a truly stunning location! We went in March, and expected to be cosied around the log fire playing games etc. As it was, the weather was gorgeous and we spent all our time outside on the beach or sunbathing in the garden! An unexpected bonus! The house is really well equipped and had everything we needed. We've booked again for next March and while we're not expecting the same weather, we're looking forward to it already! Our only minor complaint would be that a couple of the mattresses were a bit tired - the one in the ensuite room especially was rather saggy! Didn't spoil the enjoyment of the weekend though!
