We had the best Christmas at the cottage this year. What a lovely farm. And what lovely people Andrew and Tracey. Tracey took me out on their land to cut down my own Christmas tree, what a lovely touch! Beautiful cottage with the lovely open fire and a lovely view of the sea. Plenty in the kitchen to cook my Christmas dinner! My grandson loved the animals just on the door step. Unforgettable Christmas thank you Tracey and Andrew x

The location of this cottage is absolutely perfect, you have coast and spectacular countryside within walking distance with the benefit of being on a proper working farm. The owner is the most friendly host you could wish for; he is passionate about his farm and is full of really interesting facts about the animals & surrounding area. The cottage is very cosy especially in the evenings with the log burner blazing away. We have stayed in many cottages, but for location and views this cannot be beaten. We recommend the walk over the fields to Dunster castle, a superb walk for the family & dog.

Excellent location for exploring the surrounding area. This is a true working farm and it was lovely to see the collies working the sheep as well as the other animals. Buzzards seen regularly too. Dog owners must visit Dunster beach which is ideal for the dogs and only 10 mins away. Lovely views from the cottage too. The owners were very helpful when we left some items of clothing behind! These were posted to us as soon as they were made aware. We had a lovely weeks break and would go back again.

The accomodation was ok but beware if you have a decent car like me because it had too many obstacles and ending up having to turn car around to drive in and out the same way. One thing not mentioned in brochure to my knowledge is the cottage has no central heating everything works off immersion heater also electric wall heater was broken so bathroom got rather cold if like us you stayed outside the summer months. Ideal location for touring and owners very pleasant but more care and attention needed. Have stayed in farms before that are tidier okay if you have a 4x4 or pickup but this reflects overall score of 5/6

Wonderful cottage, in a stunning location and a beautiful part of the world. The enclosed garden was ideal for dogs, with the chicken an added attraction.

We had an excellent holiday, the cottage was cosy and in a great location. The kids loved staying on a farm with all the animals. The views from the farm are stunning. The farmer and his wife were very welcoming and their knowledge of the area made our holiday extra special.

Great location and the owners were charming. Nice touches on arrival such as ball for the dog, tea, sugar etc. The beds were not very comfortable, but it was only for a week.

A lovely cottage. Very comfortable and well maintained. The joy of being on a working farm and watching the routines added to the holiday greatly. We had a chicken in a run in the garden that laid fresh eggs for us. Lovely hosts who answered questions and gave advice. We had a super time and highly recommend this cottage.

Though our visit in January, found the Cottage really cosy, keeping the log fire in 24/7, an ample supply of timber in the adjoining garage. Good walking boots/wellingtons required as the cottage is literally within the middle of the farm buildings. A treat for kids or townies with an interest of where their food comes from. A great mix of livestock, with the large flock of 'milk-sheep', beef cattle, pigs, deer & ponies within the adjoining woodlands. The owners & all farm staff so friendly and very happy to pass on much information. Great local walking in many types of countryside/beach areas/Dunster Castle gardens. Supermarkets a few minutes drive away on edge of Minehead.
