A really well located cottage to visit North Norfolk. Plenty of local information in the cottage to make the best of your stay. Great places to eat.

Very helpful young lady when we had a problem. Rather a lack of information about the details of staying in the cottage, where the washer was and how the heating worked. Quite nice and in a good situation.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. Information on how to access the washing machine and boiler instructions are in the cottage, however, our caretakers are always pleased to answer any visitor queries.

The cottage itself was delightful BUT we have some reservations, 1 Directions need updating- the pub has changed its name & the house with the green paint is now white. 2 The road is now very busy & the small patio garden now rather noisy. We would have liked to know that the cottage is immediately next to the road. 3 It was not clear that we would have to cross the neighbouring garden ( in separate ownership) to reach the washing machine-& no directions until we called the caretaker. No directions about turning on the oven either 4 Your photograph of the front of the property does not show it correctly. The fence is now on the right of the front door, making the sitting out area rather small and uninviting. 5 The caretaker was most pleasant & helpful!.

Response on behalf of the owner; We were disappointed at your comments as most visitors really enjoy their holiday. Directions have been amended - the pub (200 yards) has recently been refurbished, altering its name and we are delighted that it is open again and serving good food. We were confused as to the comment about crossing the garden, as we own both properties. There is an alternative path to the rear of our property if preferred. Many visitors find the patio a very pleasant and private space to sit out.
