We were upgraded from Yella Belly for the same price due to the damage to the roof by the truck . The stay was excellent.

Brewers Cottage was lovely. Close to Skegness and Gibraltar Point. Loads to see and do within an hours drive. Minutes walk away from the station that will take you to Boston and Skegness. Wainfleet All Saints is a nice little village (that needs a little TLC to improve itself) with a butchers, takeaways pubs and a Co-op. It is set in the grounds of a working brewery, but this didn't distract from our holiday at all. There was very little noise. The Brewery tour and the food served in its restaurant were fantastic. There is a field for the children to play on. The field is bordered by a river, but this was explained on the first night we arrived. We were met by a nice man (Dave, I think) who gave us the tour. It was late (8.30pm) on a Friday night but we wanted to make the most of our holiday and left straight from school. I explained this to the lady (Judy) when I made my courtesy call a few days before we travelled. She told me keys could be collected from the museum. I asked if this would be open at the time we would be expected to arrive? She made me feel terrible that our late arrival would cause so much issue to them. Usually, we are just given the code for a key safe. Nowhere in the cottage description does it specify what time you need to arrive. The lady's attitude made me feel really cross and took the shine from my holiday. Other than one person rudeness we had a great week at Brewer's Cottage.

Good location for visiting area. Wainfleet lovely. Staff at visitors centre helpful. House dark and dusty. Mould in twin bed room. "yard" shared with visitors to centre and next to toilet and shower facilities for caravans people going passed from early morning till late. . Should be made clear no private area for sunbathing etc. This is a personal review not necessarily shared by the family manager!!
