There is a new double bed (yaaaay!), but the floor needs replacing (boo!). One of the single beds is noisy ( as other guests have testified) but maybe that is also on the list to replace. We always eat out on holiday, but the kitchen does look well equipped. We have already booked our next holiday to this property.

We had an excellent holiday thank-you - wish we had booked for longer than a week. We know the area well anyway but the location of this cottage made it even better. The only very slight concern was not being made aware prior to our booking that the cottage is on the very edge (literally) of a cliff which is about 50ft above the beach - the photos don't quite show this, and the fence is quite flimsy which meant that we had to constantly keep our child away from the edge. However, once we got over that issue and used to the surroundings (and our routine of telling our child to "keep away from the edge and stop running!") then we do have to say that it was once of the best holidays we have had in a long time. We will certainly be re-booking the same cottage, just wished we could have stayed longer! I noted some previous reviews about the beds being a bit squeaky - and to be fair they were! - but certainly wasn't a noticible negative in any way. The notes on our booking said the road on approach was a bit bumpy - but whilst it wasn't tarmacked, it was in better condition than some of our local council roads! and again not something anyone should worry about if booking.

Location was ideal for local attractions. The children loved it because the beach was right on the doorstep. My only dissatisfaction was the kitchen was extremely hot with no Windows that opened and could do with an extractor fan above cooker. Apart from that everything was very well equipped and comfortable and we all had a good holiday

Great location. WiFi would have been an advantage.
