Set within beautiful countryside on the owner’s 140-acre working sheep farm yet just 10 miles from the North Cornish coast, it is the ideal peaceful retreat. These two barn conversions retain much of their original charm with vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework and are presented to a very good standard. The wild beauty of Bodmin and Dartmoor National Parks are both easily accessible and a must for nature lovers and walkers. The coast boasts sandy beaches and hidden coves ideal for surfing or exploring rock pools. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally. The historic market town of Launceston is just 7 miles away and the Eden Project is an easy drive. Shops 7 miles, pubs and restaurant 4 miles.

    Lovely property in a great location. So much to do within an hours drive. Great to go out for the day and return to a wonderful cottage in a peaceful / tranquil setting. Great also to have access to wi-fi!

    Very welcoming place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Lovely welcome gifts and beautiful view and wildlife. Could have provided big bath sheets instead of towels but can't fault hospitality and cleanliness. Had a fabulous stay and hope to return soon.
