Loved it here. Would love to come back again and again. We had awful weather but the property was so lovely and warm to come home to. Very comfortable and clean.

The lady was very welcoming and it has everything you could need in the kitchen. Bedrooms very roomy and no noise from surrounding area so a good nights sleep. Only down side to the house was TV reception wasn't very good for all channels and the wifi didn't work at all for the whole week :-( . A very lovely park just up the road, very handy for early morning dog walking. There are tennis courts up there and its kept very clean and lovely plants. The center of town is only a short walk away. Co-op is close enough to walk to for provisions. Lots of lovely little bays around Ilfracombe main beach all dog friendly and within walking distance from the house. Would definitely visit this house again.

We wanted to have more amenities on our door step. There wasn't a great local pub with home made food, there isn't enough restaurants in the high street, ideally we had to drive to most places. Lovely house, great space, plenty of bathrooms, just wish I could pick it up and move it to a seaview location.

Nice cottage very clean and in a good position. Only negative was that we couldn't increase temperature as it was set at 20. The house was quite big and the kitchen was quite cold sometimes but the owner didn't allow us to increase and some of us felt a bit cold. We understand that the minimum allowed temperature is 19 by law (stated by the owner) but we were expected to have our needs met as it was not something totally unreasonable for the price we paid.
