The cottage smelled of a strong dog urine smell. Had to buy air freshener products to make the cottage smell nicer. It was also quite damp and smaller than I envisaged. There was little information in the cottage and no instructions of how to get the oven to work. On a positive note the cottage is located in a quiet lane and has an enclosed but all stoned garden.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: As an owner I am always happy to get constructive feedback, as for the dog smell, I wish you had spoken to me whilst you were on holiday so that I could have had the chance to do something about it for you. As for being smaller than you envisaged it’s a small cottage that sleeps 2 as can be seen from the photographs. There is an information pack in the cottage plus local leaflets about things today whilst on your holiday. The cooker oven has a separate lighter for lighting the oven and I will know include some instructions as how to light the oven.

Everything was a nightmare. Cobwebs everywhere, hoover no suction both dogs moult very bad, no wifi, bed very uncomfortable, settee extremely uncomfortable looking back on review book people been saying since 2013. No change. Never ever again. Number 1 biggest problem lady who owns property not approachable no help with whats around didnt see her at all only to hand keys over when arrived no have a nice stay or show us around very strange n not good customer service.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: As a holiday let owner I am always happy to get constructive feedback, we always clean the property after every guest as this is our home and our pride and joy so we go the extra mile to make sure the guests enjoy their stay with us, as can be seen from our other reevoos. The hoover is a new hoover bought recently , the sofa was replaced several times since 2013, and we will be adding a wifi extender to improve the connection. The bed has had a new memory foam topper so that its more comfortable.

A very quite, cosy and nice place to stay. Close to all the beaches in Pembrokeshire and places to go with your four legged family members. The only issue is that there was no wifi signal inside the house/cottage, only by the yard/rear garden. I would suggest to the owner to put a wifi extender so guests could have signal inside the house.

We had a lovely stay at Bramble cottage. It's very central for touring around the area which we did. Very comfortable little cottage, had everything we needed. Jake could go outside when he wanted in the courtyard. Will be recomending it to friends, and we would defiantly go again.

Satisfactory but parking on the busy a5 outside not easy

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: Thank you for your comments. We just wanted to confirm that there is parking for 2 cars outside the property and you access the property via a small country lane.

Lovely cottage that you can get to places from easily. Bed was very comfy. However, big downfall was WiFi signal. Could only get a signal standing outside, so could not stream films from now TV etc to chromecast in lounge. Also shower wasn't the greatest but we managed. Would stay again.

Cozy comfortable stable conversion. My two little dogs loved the enclosed garden. Couldn't wish for a cozier retreat near all Pembrokeshire coastline.
