We stayed at Bramble Cottage for a cycling holiday/weekend great location for this and we had 3 great days of riding. Tesco a nearby for click and collect, pizza and Indian local take away but they may need help finding the place. Phone signal was fine for downloading Strava. Cottage was 100% perfect for our needs, comfy sofas, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooked could be better but we only used the grill for pre round de butties

Perfect little getaway for what we wanted! In the middle of the country side with so many walks. I stayed here for my birthday in February with 5 friends and was a perfect place for us all to meet up. We had everything we needed and there's a great little pub 20 minute walk away, although you do have a climb a steep hill! The cottage is lovely and has a really nice open planned kitchen, dinning and living room so everyone can be in one room. There is plenty of parking and the garden is huge! We shall definitely come back again. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage, warm, spotlessly clean, all mod cons - very spacious too. Owners nearby if needed.

Fab cottage. Very nicely furnished and decorated with many more kitchen appliances than I expected. If you like to feel like home while away, this is the cottage for you.

Nice clean well stocked cottage, lovely helpful owners, plenty of room for 5 adults, nice pubs nearby, lovely countryside, easy to visit Bath from and not too far from Bristol airport. It is very much in the country, beautiful area but also tiny roads, no wifi and phone signal only at the top of the garden.

Bramble cottage is set in alovely quiet area, the owner was very welcoming along with milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge, a nice touch . you do need to be prepared to travel out to shops , restraunts etc of which there are quite a few but it is in a very rural area. I would not recommend for elderly persons due to the sofas being too low to rise from would pose quite a problem if you are handicapped in any way. The cottage is basic, has every thing you need in the kitchen , could have done with some loungers for the garden as we had super weather and would have liked to sit out and relax a bit ,

Great location, as you are in a beautiful rural setting & yet only some 2 & half miles from local shops. The kitchen is well equipped & ideal in size. I had a twin bedded room, which was nice & spacious, although the beds were quite springy & the duvet could have been a higher tog rating, in order to to relieve the cold nights. Lovely huge dining table for family meals. The sofas were very un-comfortable & far too low for even an able bodied person to sit on, let alone a disabled person, who happend to be on holiday with us too ! The en-suite shower was good for an able bodied person, but someone with mobility issues would find this difficult to use, due to you having to step up into it. The cubicle itself being quite small & you can only open it marginally as the sink is in the way, stopping the door from being opened fully. Some of the doors could do with some wd40 sprayed on to them, to make it easier to lock & unlock. The garden area is lovely & private & plenty of space for children to play in & yet still be in view of supervising parents.

Nice property in a good location but did need some attention. Furniture was coming apart; appliances needed replacing and there was mould on curtains and, in one room, on the bedding. Still, good value for the price and very convenient for Bath. If travelling in a group of 6 be advised there is only seating for 4.

Fantastic break with the family, the grandchildren were in their element. Not far from areas to visit and return to peace and tranquillity. Would love to go back soon. Even a bottle of wine and milk waiting for us and the owner came to check we had everything we needed. Fresh eggs were a street even my granddaughter ate them. We would highly recommend Bramble cottage

Idyllic hideaway in a quiet location, close to picturesque villages, the Roman heritage of bath and historic cathedrals such as Wells. The cottage has everything you need for a family holiday.
