This cottage is in a stunning location and has the added bonus of a swimming pool. The things that let it down were the seriously uncomfortable beds and sofas. The bathroom had no soap and the shower pressure was awful. The shower curtain was grubby and the bath mat was torn and well past its best. We had 1 and a half toilets rolls for our one week stay. The kitchen utensils were very poor quality, and again no soap to be found. The vibrations from the washing machine created an earthquake on the ground floor and woke our baby upstairs. We would stay here again because it is a beautiful rural retreat. We would just pack differently next time and use the washing machine during the day !
