Our second visit to the cottage. Great location ideal for Holywell Bay and as a hub to visit other local towns. Cottage itself could do with some tlc, but that would not stop us from a further visit in the future.

Fairly quiet location. No additional bin bags were provided though, which I've never experienced before. Other than that, there is plenty on offer locally if you don't want to drive and you're prepared to walk 20 minutes or so.

We had a lovely stay at bowjy cottage. The little village has everything you need. The anvil pub has beautiful food. (Back to cottage) the garden was great for the dog and child to run wild. The cottage had everything we needed. The only fault was the living room seating was very uncomfortable. Other than that had the best time. Thanks for having us. Would definitely stop again. The France family.

Great location. Great local shop. Welcome pack could do with being refreshed - looks old and tatty. Smell of urine in lounge - obviously a dog accident, so rug should have been washed thoroughly. Lounge seating ok, but 'conservatory furniture' not really great for relaxing in sadly. Instructions for use of TV/DVD etc could be typed out to make it alot simpler to operate. Bed really comfy. Need to get boiler fully serviced and flushed out - hence it keeps tripping (I have one myself....) Some kitchen utensils not very clean. FRustrating that kettle so big, you can't fill it when bowl is in sink - so if you've just filled bowl with water - can't make a cuppa! Some long handled teasponns would be a good idea fopr when using the tall Poppy mugs (?) Lots of small things here, but you did ask! Nice place, one of the nicest we've stayed in just very sad can't cuddle up with our 4 legged friends at least on the sofa.......
