What a fantastic cottage in a beautiful location. It's not my first time here and certainly won't be my last. Bow Cottage and Bourton itself are wonderful places to spend a holiday. Well appointed yet cosy, Bow is a stunning home from home.

The décor and fittings are a little tired in a few places, including the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. There was no real (comfortable) furniture in the conservatory. (We stayed in October, not that this should make a difference). Some of the conservatory DG units have failed and its roof 'desperately' needed a clean. The property is for sale. I can only think the owners have lost interest in the cottage. (We have stayed at Bow Cottage previously. We have seen it better.)

Fantastic location, restaurants and pubs less than 100 yards but tucked round a corner off the main streets. Bourton is delightful, with many eateries and beer gardens. Nearby Stow also nice. Easy access to Cheltenham (20 min) and Oxford. Great cottage, off-road parking is good. Could do with better shower and a clothes line! Was well cleaned except for few cobwebs and spiders on ceilings (not now as we got them all) Overall would highly recommend and hope to return
