An ideal base for a family holiday or get together with friends, Bounty has French doors that open onto a decked sea-facing terrace, an ideal spot to indulge in breakfast and a good book! The spacious first floor living room has doors that open onto a balcony where as the sun sinks slowly behind the horizon the lights of Whitstable itself can be seen twinkling and reflecting on the water. There is also a double sofa bed in this room where you will be able to wake up and see the sea! Take a stroll or cycle into Whitstable itself and explore the twisty turning lanes which all lead to the sea and were once the haunt of smugglers. Explore the quirky shops and select a piece of artwork from the plethora of art galleries as a memento of your holiday. Indulge in an oyster supper, or select some fish to barbecue from the harbour where the days catch is landed. Historic Canterbury is well worth a visit and take a boat out seal spotting from Herne Bay just along the coast. Good train connections to London for additional sightseeing opportunities. Indoor leisure pool in Whitstable. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
