The cottage was quirky and full of character. It's certainly wasn't modern and there was no internet access. It wasn't clear what we needed to take; there were no duvets, only blankets and we had to buy tea towels and even a chopping board. However there was lots of room for a large family (though there was only two of us.) and free wood to light the large fire in the kitchen should it be needed. The location was lovely, with the house in a farmyard square backing onto the village church .... and yes the bell rings loudly! It is a couple of miles to the nearest shops and we wish we had taken bikes with us. The countryside is lovely and peaceful with lots of bird life. The beaches are stunning.

Our second stay here in this lovely place. Peaceful (apart from the loud church bell that rings 100 times at 7am and 7pm). Only fault is the very soft bed, but you can't have everything.
