Beautiful cottage. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was extremely well equiped. The cottage was extremely comfortable with fantastic views of the Cuillins. Skye has some beautiful scenery and we found many walks to go on. Cottage was very clean.

A very pleasant, comfortable and practical cottage, with wonderful views across to the Cuillins. Enjoyed watching otters playing and feeding on the sea loch below the cottage. Good location, with some lovely short walks from the cottage, yet close to the main A863, with Dunvegan just a short drive away. Just a couple of small drawbacks: the back garden in not completely enclosed (so keep an eye on your dog) and there's no Wi-fi or 3G/4G network available (had to resort to the television for weather forecasts!)

Excellent cottage with lovely views the only drawback for us was that we expected to be able to walk our Yorkie down to the sea and at the end of the lane there was a no dogs sign beyond the cattle grid. Clearly you can walk dogs on the lanes and further afield.

Great cottage in a beautiful location. The downside was the memory foam mattress which is awful for people with back problems.

Blossom Brae was exactly as shown on the internet: a warm comfortable spacious modern building. Well equipped: the only thing we missed was a milk jug! The views out from the house were stunning from all the front rooms and we could watch the hills and Cuillins in different conditions each day. Local lanes were quiet for walking and running. We liked the way the house was surrounded by wild flowers and blended in with the landscape. The house is nicely located in a small settlement with lovely local sites and scenery nearby. It was also a good base for trips to Portree, Trotternich and even Elgol. Given the level of comfort and space it provided, it was good value for money. We were lucky to have sunny weather and little rain during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our tie at Blosso Brae.
