Lovely house and very well equipped. My only criticism is that all the pillows and duvets were feather, I have a slight allergy and find these a problem. Some of these being hollowfibre would give people like me a chance of a good nights sleep.

Fabulous property and a wonderful location. We love being in the centre of Llangollen, with such a variety of things to do, good restaurants, interesting shops, and the beautiful riverside and canal. The house was above expectations, and we just loved all the history.

Right from the moment of meeting the owner and viewing the cottage I felt at home. The cottage is like a tardis inside and is fully equipped. The kitchen is fantastic and although there is a modern oven and hob we enjoyed using the Aga. The beds are comfy and the whole house has a lovely, homely feel to it. The position is ideal directly opposite the bridge to the main street. Unfortunately, my Father was ill and we had to leave early. The owner was very understanding and even kindly contacted us a few days later to enquire how he was. I would thoroughly recommend this quirky, historical property.

Overall, this property was very comfortable and homely with everything provided. It`s location so close to the town was a great benefit to one of our party who can`t walk very far. One drawback was the location for parking the car which was up a steep hill and needed reasonable fitness to walk to it. However, the great advantage was its safety and knowing you cd leave it there for unlimited periods of time without charge.
