Loved every minute of our 3 day holiday. This is the second time we've stayed and we're already planning our next trip back!! The Mill House has everything you could ask for and the pool house just tops it off. Just perfect xx

An excellent holiday venue. All our family members thought it was brilliant. A toaster tripped a fuse at the same time as the boiler was due to turn on. A phone call to the housekeeper and the toaster was replaced and the boiler reset within 30 minutes. Very reassuring.

The Mill House was very comfortable and very roomy for our large party. Would stay again. The children loved the swimming pool and table tennis.

We have been going on holiday as a group of 14 in the York area for 10 years. We usually seek a property with either a swimming pool or sauna. This is one of the best properties that we have stayed in, with plenty of en suite bedrooms and large comfortable lounge. My only complaint is that the kitchen saucepans etc need renewed and could be bigger for cooking for large numbers. We had a great time and the kids loved the pool etc.

Lots of room, clean except for cobwebs up high and awful smell in one bedroom. Swimming pool facilities fantastic - swimming rota a pain.

Excellent cottage with good facilities. The number of bathrooms was ideal and the communal areas were perfect for a large group. The pool was also excellent

The property was great, the only issues were that the ovens didn't get hot enough and the fridges didn't get cold enough. This was a problem when cooking for 16 at every meal.

We stayed here as our daughter got married from the house in nearby village of Coxwold. It was perfect for us as family and wedding party came to stay too. The space was just right plenty of room to spread out and the pool was brilliant to keep the children amused. Location is ideal with lovely local villages and towns on the doorstep. It was clean and everything you need for a big gathering.
