Absolutely outstanding accommodation in a beautiful location. The house was so thoughtfully equipped and maintained, including a welcome hamper and comprehensive information folder about the home. The ground floor bedroom, wc & utility was perfect for our less able bodied relatives.

We have stayed in holiday properties all around the country and this is one of the best in terms of cleanliness, amenities, welcome pack and pure comfort. We can't thank the owners/support staff enough for the superior standard of this property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

This is a property that is actually better than the description and pictures! A fantastic welcome pack and really well equipped house. The name of the house says it all and both are within a few minutes walk.

There was 7 of us staying here 3 children two pensioners ,two adults and a dog. The accommodation was lovely and spacious and the heating was put on for our arrival. We was greeted by a lovely welcome pack which even included treats for the dog. The accommodation is 5 mins walk to Mudeford Quay were the children like to go crab fishing, then it's a lovely walk along the path to Avon beach with a shop and restaurant, ice cream etc. supermarket in easy reach. 15 min drive to Boscombe then onto Bournemouth. In the other direction 20 min drive into the New Forest. We really enjoyed our stay.

THE PLACE WAS OVER EQUIPPED AND SOME OF THE BEDDING WAS GRUBBY/OVER BLANKET. DOWNSTAIRS SMELLED OF DAMPNESS, THE PARKING HAS DAMAGED MY CAR AS THE ESTATE BUILT IN THE 70'S DOES NOT CATER FOR LARGE CARS OF TODAY, IM FACING A £200 bill cos the archway knocked back my mirrors, all on the estate could not use the garages. THE OWNER WENT OUT OF HER WAS TO THINK OF EVERYTHING NEEDED AND FOR THAT SHE GETS FULL MARKS, I PAID OUT OVER £700 AND IT WASNT WORTH IT, I NOTICED THE LACK OF REMARKS IN GUEST BOOK AND MY G/DAUGHTER LEFT A KIND REPORT.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Many thanks for taking the trouble to write a review. We are so disappointed that you were not entirely happy with the house, it has only been let for a few weeks, hence the lack of feedback to date. I can assure you that all bed linen and throws are virtually brand new. There is alternative parking close to the property but I am sorry to hear that you damaged your car. The place is aired by our caretaker so I apologise if it smelt musty. The rental fee reflects the size of the property which can accommodate 8 people. Please pass on our thanks to your granddaughter for her positive comments
