This was a place that wasn't clean, the bed sheets had stains on them and the washing machine didn't work properly. There was a mop with out the mop head, sofa was sticky and also smelt of dog with dog hair's on the duvet. Some of the blinds couldn't be closed as they was broken and the kitchen blind was filthy. The fridge wasn't clean. I have stayed in a lot of places in Devon and this was the worst. I really don't like going on holiday and spending the first day cleaning bathroom etc . It's a lot of money and Hygiene is poor. It also smelt of damp and there was no wear to put a hand towel in the bathroom. Some of the picture's on site are different, room lay out is not the same either.Won't be staying there again for sure.

Very pleasant experience . The building fully met our needs , plenty of space and enclosed gardens . Location was little isolated but didn't stop us getting about .

The property was in a lovely location, the size and garden were very good. Only problem was the to reception, it was watchable but kept fading at times so the full enjoyment of the program was lost. Ideal location for getting to the beaches and towns, the country lanes surrounding were a bit tight but once on the main roads great for travelling to Cornwall or Devon .

Response on behalf of the owner. Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. Upon completion of this season we will be carrying out a full refurbishment. I always advise guests that if there are any problems to contact me and I will try and address any problems. It is a shame this guest did not contact me at the time.

This is a lovely property in a very quiet relaxing area with a completely grassed garden that runs completely around the property. It is perfect as it is dog friendly however if the weather is not too good the grass becomes very muddy and not ideal for the dogs when trying to keep the property clean. Everything about the property is great. It is roomy, clean and you have everything that you need no complaints at all in that area.
