The lodge was well-equipped and clean. Double bed very comfy but bathroom and carpets throughout were a little tired . Plenty of space and kitchen was very adequate. Garden great for dogs as securely fenced in. However felt a little remote and quite a walk into village to sample the pub /food. Had a fantastic break though .

Honey hanger was a lovely chalet. A bit out of the way and was 10 miles to nearest good town but was peaceful if you wanted to get away from it all would be perfect.

We all had lovely time, the cottage was wonderful not too far from anywhere. Nice to have no Wifi as it got the family talking and playing games together, other the xbox !!

Couldn't fault the lodge but felt a little isolated as there was only us there , but it was out of season over all a very nice place .

Very peaceful and quite ,comfortable and well equipped, unfortunately weather not to good site soon very muddy and puddles to walk through, and whilst privacy around cabin good it does block out light and sunshine. We also felt restricted on site all gates to fields padlocked so only main drive and one other to walk dog, though near by tamar lakes lovely to walk round.

The cottage was fabulous. Had everything wanted and needed. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would have rated 10 across the board, but in terms of comfort, would like to make a suggestion if we may. The beds in twin room in particular was bit uncomfortable with regards to mattress springs. All beds would definitely benefit from part memory foam or toppers. Also, all pillows and mattresses in both rooms should really have pillow and mattress protectors instead of duvet covers and extra sheets under sheets, just for hygiene reasons. I hope we don't offend, as lodge was lovely, and spot on in terms of location and peace and tranquility. We had a lovely stay.
