A nice clean cottage, stayed with 4 adults and a baby great for a family. Games room was a good facility and in terms of a location its not too far by car from anywhere. Taxis and takeaways will struggle to find you though.

The location, just outside Dundee, was quiet and provided an ideal base. The facilities (games room, tennis court, bikes etc.) were excellent, so much so that we spent much of our time at the cottage. The cottage was clean and welcoming when we arrived and proved excellent value for money. For these reasons we would definitely go back. However, the double bed needs a new mattress as it tips into the middle, the sofa and armchair were worn, the stools for the breakfast bar were uncomfortable and there was no table to play games on. The kitchen is tired and worn, so much so that we couldn't put the grill on as the markings were worn off, and there is insufficient storage for food. In addition there were many basic items missing - scissors, wooden spoon, ice tray, serving spoons/tongues etc. With a bit of TLC this will be an excellent holiday location.

Very good cottage. Good location, can walk to Ninewells hospital in under 45 minutes. Rural location makes peaceful. I suspect could get noisy in the evening if lots of people staying in the assosiated cottages and walk past the windows on the decking, which became loud, the only day other people where there. Very good for a family with young children. Would hope to go again.
