Seek no longer if you want to stay in a fantastic rural location where you can start your walks from the doorstep in the midst of a stunning landscape. Close to Wales and in a beautiful part of England. There is only a Pub nearby, for shopping you need to drive 20 min to Hereford.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your comments and for staying with us, we really enjoyed your company. Just for information, the neighbouring village has a shop just 2 miles away. Our nearest little market town is Monmouth 7 miles away, with excellent shops and supermarkets. Once again thank you for your comments.

This was the second time staying at Beech Lodge and we loved it! It's the perfect quiet location to enjoy the surroundings from and for us to enjoy our board game filled new year break! Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful cottage in the most stunning area - far enough away to give a really rural feel, but close to Garway village, and towns like Monmouth, Abergavenny and Hereford. The owner was friendly and helpful, leaving us a tasty cake and a bottle of milk when we arrived. The cottage is in a beautiful location, high up in a rolling valley, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We had a great time, and will most certainly be going back!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is very isolated but the view was good and it had a small garden area where you could sit and enjoy the view. We visited towns in the area and the forest of Dean.

This is a wonderfully peaceful location and the cottage has all of the essentials to have a comfortable break. If you have good weather the walks are delightful and the sunsets from the cottage are brilliant. We have stayed at the cottage twice and would be happy to go there again.
