Only 5 mins walk from the beach. Skegness and other shops and pubs within walking distance. Hot tub is a nice extra and is covered as well as lit so you can use it in any weather. Other little bits really made it lovely such as dog shower and darts board in the garden, loads of leaflets for things to do in the area, tv's in all the rooms and ice bucket for the hot tub along with other complementarities.

Simple lovely bungalow very well equipped and super clean. Perfect location, close to the beach yet in a quiet cul de sac. The care package left by the owners on arrival was a very thoughtful touch with supplies for making drinks, wine and even a doggie treat. In our group was a lady with chronic arthritis, the very low furnishings in the lounge made getting up from them a problem, a higher chair in the lounge would have been most beneficial. Over all a lovely break well will most certainly recommend Beachway to our friends and look forward to returning ourselves. Jean graham Shirley belle xxxx

We enjoyed our stay here and the weather was great. Have to say though there were 1 or 2 issues with the amenities which we encountered while we were there. We got in touch with Trevor the owner just before we left and explained this to him. He said he would look into this and he did. It didn't spoil our stay at all, and overall had a lovely holiday. Trevor is a very nice man and will sort things out for you if there are any probs.

My family and I enjoyed the week we stayed at Beachway, the weather was good for the whole week. I found the owner of Beachway to be a very nice host, although I only had phone chats with him but he was very helpful and a pleasant chap. The bungalow was nice and clean, a home from home really. The first four days were nice and quiet and relaxing which is an important part of any holiday. The next three days were not quiet I'm afraid. Because of the close proximity of the adjoining properties, a couple of families had moved into one property which was only yards away from the back garden. The parents kept shouting and screaming at the kids,to be quiet, loud music playing,I was thinking about going back home on the Thursday evening but didn't. The Beachway property was nice but, too many properties around within a few yards of each other and really noisy families in these properties which spoiled the quiet holiday myself and my family were looking for. Last year I stayed in a rural property in Devon which was really quiet so, I think I will go back to this sort of property next time . As I said I can find no other problems with Beachway other than it is too close to other properties to get that perfect quiet holiday. I would go back to Beachway if it was a bit more rural.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your concerns, there is a nearby community centre who hold an occasional charity event in the summer.
