It was a cold day, but when we walked into the cottage it was warm and cosy. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The neighbours were friendly and helpfull. The rear garden is secure so we did not have to worry about our 2 dogs. You just have to walk out of the front door, down the path, over the promenade and there is the beach. We wanted a relaxing few days and that is what we got at Beachside. Thank you.

Had a great week at Beachside. Very dog friendly house and location and little need of the car. Everything was in walking distance. Gina was very helpful. Very comfortable house that was clean and tidy. If you have dogs and love walking on beaches this is the place for you. Local cafes were good but would have liked to see pubs that sold food and had gardens.

The cottage is in a lovely location with fantastic sea views . It's great for walking the dog or taking children on the beach but if you want to eat out in the evening there is very little choice in Withernsea there are cafes which are open during the day . The only negatives were all the dog hairs left on the rug in the lounge and there wasn't a welcome pack .

Surprisingly adequate, lovely views, great weather. Comfort could be improved with a larger bed in the main room. Very friendly area, and great for walking with dogs. Safe and clean beach. Enjoyed our holiday very much.

Did the job - nice position straight out the front onto the promenade, the faults as such are related to Withernsea rather than the property itself. In hindsight we should have chosen somewhere nearer Bridlington, as most of our days were spent that direction. Also, there seemed to be poor restaurant / evening meal options in Withernsea.

Enjoyed our weeks holiday, the cottage was very very close to the sea. Easy to walk into town.

A nice property. Good value for money. One of the beds needed a quick repair as a couple of the slats were snapped prior to our booking but overall a good place to stay.
