The house is really lovely. It is in a brilliant position just a few yards from the beach and in walking distance of all amenities in Whitstable. Having onsite parking was a bonus. The views from the lounge and balcony are wonderful, especially the stunning Whitstable sunset. The house was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. It was lovely to be greeted with such a nice and well thought through welcome pack. There were lovely little touches such as hand wash & room fragrances in the bathrooms and it was clear that the owner goes to a lot of trouble to make the house welcoming. The owner was very helpful and friendly and could not have done more to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We do hope to return to Bay View and Whitstable.

We had a wonderful time away in July and our two little girls of 5 and 2 years of age didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend to any family who wanted a typical English holiday by the sea. I would definately consider coming again next year.

We had a lovely stay in Bay View, and were very lucky with the weather. The house really is in a fantastic location with direct sea views, but far enough back from the prom/coast path to feel private. The harbour and the high street are only a few mins walk away, but just far enough away for the house to feel relaxed and calm. And really, it is THE best place to watch those amazing Whitstable sunsets!

The owner was most helpful and friendly. We found a lack of toilet in the top bathroom was annoying as the master bedroom was on that floor. Parking was also tricky at times but overall the sea views from the lounge were a compensation for the inconveniences.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; We understand that not having a toilet on the top floor with the master bedroom could be a problem for some guests, which is why we make a point of mentioning it in the property details. We do however have another double bedroom on the middle floor which is immediately next to the main bathroom/toilet for anyone who prefers that.

Ideal location for restaurants shops and harbour and also with ideal views from the balcony across the Estuary. The Neptune pub is two minutes walk away on the beach which serves good food. An added bonus is your own personal parking space.
