A great location and well-equipped house. Comfortable, plenty of space inside and out and helpful welcome information. Bit awkward to get to through the current building site but hopefully this will soon be sorted.

Exceptionally comfortable and well equipped property - home from home. Large, safe garden for children to enjoy. Perfect quiet location to explore the area. Would certainly return and highly recommend to friends and family.

We all enjoyed our stay, cottage was spacious yet very homely, located well for exploring but a little to far to walk into cheddar village for people of a certain age or capabilities. Saying that we would recommend barrowswood.

We had a long weekend at this lovely cottage, which we were all sorry to leave. There was absolutely nothing we would have changed about it. I had read that other reviewers had said the photo's do not do it justice and this is true. I can not recommend this property enough. We hope to return, just this time for longer.
