A very well equipped cottage with excellent facilities - the only downside is the busy road right outside the door which is not dog friendly

Wonderful cottage. Would have given 10 but for the farmer restricting access to the beach through the gate across the road. No fault of the owner but it meant a 1.5km walk up a very fast road with no footpath to the nearest access. We did enjoy our stay very much despite this.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for a week recently and thought it was a fantastic cottage. It's spacious and comfortable and we received a very warm welcome. The only thing lacking is Wifi, so if you are someone who has to be connected constantly it's not ideal as phone signals are limited in the area in general. The views are stunning and being on the main route around Kintyre you can get to places fairly quickly by car, bike or the local bus. We have been to this area on several holidays and this cottage is the best one we have stayed in.

The smell of this property was a disgrace - old dogs and damp. Had to wash every item of clothing, worn or otherwise on returning home. The description should also mention that the cottage is right on the main A road. The whole place needs a thorough clean.

Kintyre's wee gem of a cottage, few yards from beach, beautifully equipped and very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, hope to return.
