The cottage was incredibly clean, very comfortable and lovely and warm. The Internet connection while we were there was great too, which was particularly important for our teenagers together with the games room, which was a fab retreat for them in the evenings. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely house - clean, very well equipped and decorated - great location for exploring the seafront and parks around Llanelli; wood burner is a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Possibly better for the Summer, as abase for spending more time touring around. We were disturbed by loud music and what seemed someone practicing on a bass guitar next door, both during the day and until 10.30pm over four days of our stay. On a positive note the house was warm and fairly well equipped, The beds comfortable although needed winter duvets. The stairs are sized for someone with small feet and could be dangerous. The turn into the drive needs care as there is a blind bend and the space to turn is limited. The view is very pleasant from the balcony, Our main problem was the noisy neighbours, otherwise certainly not the worse we have stayed in, although we will keep away from terraced properties. Also the shower make a very loud "screaming" noise heard upstairs and downstairs when the hot water is used.
