This stunning, 100-year-old, semi-detached barn conversion has been decorated to a high standard and is set between two National Trust meadows with a wealth of birdlife including woodpeckers, owls and resident deer. There are two terraces, and a lawn to the front with garden furniture for eating, lounging or dozing whilst enjoying this peaceful, woodland setting. The village of Dinton has a pub with good food and a village shop both a 10-minute walk away. There is The National Trust’s, Phillips House and grounds in the village with a lake and lovely walks. The local area has some great pubs and restaurants, and there are some wonderful walks and cycling routes. There is a stable offering lessons and pony trekking in nearby Fovant, 3 miles away.
Close by is the historic city of Salisbury with its cathedral, and the shopping town of Shaftesbury where visitors flock to see the famous cobbled Gold Hill. Stonehenge, with its mythical stone circle, and Avebury are also within easy reach.
