This spacious traditional stone cottage has undergone a complete transformation and now provides an exceptionally high standard of modern living in an incredible setting. The large lounge has deep leather sofas, a large wood burning stove and the most stunning views imaginable across the open sea. The bright, modern kitchen is well equipped. There are four generously proportioned bedrooms (one en suite) and a large family sized modern bathroom. Most of the rooms have the same superb sea views, with the charming seaside town of Johnshaven visible below. Dolphins and Minke whale can be spotted direct from the cottage, and the sunsets across the sea, with Montrose basin in the background, are mesmerising. The attractive patio gardens provide an ideal spot to sit and watch the ever changing seascape. The local area is a sporting and wildlife enthusiast’s paradise.
