Cottage very clean, quite well equipped (could do with shelves and a seat in the bathroom). The weather was fair and quite warm so we did not need much heating, but We thought it might be rather a cold house in winter months due to short time when the heating is available. Friendly owners - although we saw little of them during the week. Location is OK but not the best located for a beach holiday due to coastal erosion. We would go to this cottage again but we probably will not as we prefer other locations.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: Please note that when you were here the heating was on summer settings and not winter settings which are totally different. The house is fully double glazed and insulated, therefore not a cold house. Yes, there has been coastal erosion but the beach is still used by lots of people from the local caravan parks.

Lovely spacious home. Short drive to Bridlington. Short walk to a quiet beach where we saw a seal pup.
