Our second stay, the first back in 2009. We have enjoyed many cottage holidays and this property is one of the very best we have stayed in. Big, comfortable farm house situated in a disused farmyard and surrounded by farmland. Nice and quiet apart from the occasional tractor passing by!. Local attractions nearby are the Battle of Britain memorial flight at RAF Coningsby and the Lincolnshire Lancaster association at East Kirkby with their Lancaster ' Just Jane'. Also the brewery tour at Batemans brewery in Wainfleet All Saints is worth a visit. There's a small shop in Wrangle and the Angel Inn serve a decent pint and hot food, both about 1/2 mile walk away. Morrison's and Tesco 20 minute drive in Skegness.

We absolutely loved Auraceria House ! It far exceeded all our expectations , for the layout , facilities and the children's playroom . For the infants this was like their own toy shop ! The garden was safe and secure for them too . All those toilets and bathrooms , wow ! Brian was a delight to talk with about the local area , farming and the house . Every thing was top order , it was simply the best place we have ever stayed out of very many .

The house is lovely and very well equipped; the outside furniture could be updated, but is functional as it stands now. The house is located on a farm, mostly arable, but you will be greeted by the ducks and geese each day! A very peaceful area, good fencing around the property for our dog, and it would also serve to keep children safe from the pond near the house. Some maps of local footpaths would be useful if they were provided in the house. Convenient location for some local pubs and village shop; not too far to Boston.

When we arrived there was a vase of flowers on the kitchen table and a cake in the tin. The house was very clean and as we took a 5 year old and a 1 year old we spent most of the evenings at the house which we found very comfortable, the kids enjoyed the use of the toy room. The location was very handy for Skegness and Boston. There was a pond near the house but it could not be accessed from the garden as there was a safety fence in place to help prevent accidents with the kids. All in all a very pleasant experience and we would definitely use Auraceria house farm again.
