The worst cottage I have stayed in! No hot tub so false advertising which was previously mentioned from other visitors. Snooker table was torn and the cushions were taped on to the table so it was impossible to have a game of snooker. Again false advertising Sauna did not give out heat despite leaving it on for over an hour. You cannot sit on the living room sofa's due to the cushions being worn out which resulted to us watching a movie on the floor. Again this was mentioned on previous reviews The stairs to go upstairs to the bedrooms creaks which kept waking up child No blanket or pillow case covers Small green insects on the wall of the living room Plates and glasses had a smell of off fish

Not as good as expected. Hot tub wasn't working for 2 of our 4 days ,there was building work . Stairs were so squeaky, not very clean but scenery was lovely as it was in the country

The cottage is in a great location and the pool and hot tub on site are brilliant but the cottage needs a really good clean. The settees were the cheapest possible and any padding had given up long ago. My daughters bed mattress had springs coming through and when we asked for a replacement they said there weren't any despite only 2 of 4 cottages booked. Also a rethink about kitchen basics required-no tin opener!! We did have a good weekend but it's a shame to see so much potential wasted.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; We have excellent reviews and feedback for this cottage on other review portals. I did find a slight lump on a mattress, these are new and I simply turned it over to loosen this. The cottages are inspected every week by me and are very clean except, we have just replaced the kitchen carpet with laminate flooring; it was shabby due to winter, farm conditions. The settees are real leather and of a reasonable quality, they are not the best but clean, tidy and reasonably comfortable. Tin openers are constantly broken and replaced, I am always at hand to help and we do our best, I have spare tin openers if asked. I would suggest any potential guest also look at our other reviews on our other cottages as I feel this Reevoo is not a fair, accurate reflection.
