It is one mile from the village of Ford, at the south western end of Loch Awe in the Kilmartin Glen which is rich in historical and archaeological sites and has some excellent restaurants. Explore the ruins of Carnassarie Castle, or fish in Loch Awe. Oban is the ferry terminal for day trips to Mull, Coll and Tiree or travel south towards Lochgilphead. Stabling for one horse available on request depending on availability. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
