In an idyllic position on the leafy banks of the River Sorgue, with only the sound of the birds, the cigalles and the rippling water, it is hard to believe the shops, cafés and restaurants of the town centre are only a short walk away from these charming properties. Au Fil de l’Eau (ref F84236) is a small studio villa with air-conditioning, which opens onto the lawned gardens. The bedroom and bathroom are separated from the living areas by a curtain. Utopia (ref F84314) is a semi-detached villa with all rooms opening onto the lawned gardens. Both properties have use of the shared swimming pool and poolhouse, which are shared with the discreet owners, at the end of the garden. They both have their own private dining terrace overlooking the river where you can watch the jade dragonflies, ducks and trout drift by from the comfort of the hammock slung between the trees. The town is criss-crossed by the clear river, and renowned for its antiques shops and lively market. These properties are well placed for discovering this interesting area of Provence and they are just 3km from a golf course. If you wish to explore further afield, visit the famous hilltop village of Gordes, 17km away, which enjoys stunning views over Luberon.
