Atlantic House is generally quite comfortable but the layout was difficult to assess. We assumed that there would be a view over the harbour but all rooms are at the back of the property i.e. the side shown in the main photo. The bathroom marks it down; it is cramped hence the washbasins in the bedrooms. The shower screen does not prevent the floor from becoming wet. It would be a common courtesy for the owner to request access to the property to carry out any repairs and unacceptable to enter while your not in. No information about local services is provided in the "house book". Consideration should be given to internet access considering the area is served by super fast fibre! Seagull poo was a problem, both on the garden furniture and car, the owner thought it was due to the breading season. The location and Doc Martin do not warrant the premium cost. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Atlantic House.

What a great location - Dennis the owner very friendly and we had a wonderful time touring Cornwall. Particularly loved the sandy beaches and rugged coastline that I remembered from childhood. Very dog friendly and our two lurchers loved the Golden Lion Pub next to the harbour. Would definitely reccomend - be prepared for the weather (visited in November!) and have a great time.

Great location in Port Isaac. Ideal for dogs as it has a secure garden. Even rarer in Port Isaac; it has a parking space!

Ideally located for many attractions in North Cornwall and the cottage is within a short stroll of all the village life. Accommodation is comfortable and has the very welcome bonus of parking for one/two cars. The owner is always very helpful and accommodating.

it was a beautiful spot and very close to the centre of port Isaac! However, I would have liked more comfortable garden furniture, the garden was beautiful and was admired by the many many passers by, there was no privacy at all. A private corner could be sorted easily!! My sleep was also interrupted by building work. I feel that it's worth the money for location and the cottage itself but a few small improvements would make it a 10 across the board!

Would have enjoyed better if lounge window had not been blocked by owners vehicle. Would have liked to have been told when owner was going to be gardening as a courtesy and because gates were open, which was not good for our dog. We also woke to find a builder in the garden! Cottage itself was good, bathroom a tad tight.
