Just a short distance from the town of Ilminster, they make a great base for exploring this lovely part of Somerset, and are also within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast. Beach 22 miles. Shop 1¾ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4: With super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request), bunk beds and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.

Large, enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture.

Both properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a private water supply from a spring.
