The properties (except 29579) have all received a GTBS (Green Tourism Business Scheme) Gold Award. Within the grounds of the farm, these holiday properties offer coarse fishing on the farm lake, as well as many excellent walks and fantastic views across the countryside. On the edge of the village of North Willingham, the barns provide an excellent base for exploring. Just 3½ miles from Market Rasen with its world famous racecourse, excellent range of restaurants, pubs, shops and market. Horncastle is renowned for its antique shops and is only a short drive, as is the unspoilt Georgian town of Louth with two busy market days a week. A visit to the sandy beaches at Mablethorpe or Skegness are always worth a day out, as is a visit to Lincoln Cathedral and the Bailgate area used in the filming of the ‘Da Vinci Code’. The Saddles (ref 26725) and The Bridles (ref 26718) can interconnect to sleep up to 4+4 people.     This is a lovely spacious barn conversion with all amenities, comfortable beds, good showers and bathroom facilities and in a peaceful pretty location. With an extra living area and kitchen in the annexe area there is lots of room for a larger party.

    Absolutely fabulous place for a large group get together. So comfortable and so much room for kids to run around. We will be back for sure!!!

    Been going for holiday in the Uk over 20 years this farm was far the best house and location

    We had a very good week staying at Waggoners Barn. It was comfortable, modern, clean with plenty of room for all 18 of us to sit around the kitchen table (a few were staying at another property but we all ate together). The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms immaculate as were the kitchens. There were wifi, log burners, underfloor heating. Not to mention the added pleasures of a full-sized snooker table and hot tub which our large party used a lot. The owner was extremely helpful and hospitable. We would definitely like to visit again! I recommend Waggoners Barn highly.

    Of the seven barn conversions we have stayed in this is was the icing on the cake.
