A television would be a bonus

This comfortable cottage suited us very well in terms of location and we had just minor niggles. It was short of equipment for 8 adults e.g. only 7 table mats, too few glasses and not enough cutlery. A hand towel in the downstairs loo and family bathroom would have been good as would a double set of mugs, so that we did not have to keep washing up or using the dish washer. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms which was a bit irritating and those in the bathrooms were rather high for short people. We consigned the moulting rug from the lounge to a cupboard for the duration of our stay but could do nothing about the towel rail coming out of the wall in the bathroom except be very careful! It did not look as though the previous people had put the bins out and we were puzzled that the contractors working on the estate mowed just half the lawn.

House great for Cairngorms and Aviemore, lots to do. Enclosed garden good for dogs, utility room ideal, layout of house super. No TV which did not bother us, but might for some. House warm, kitchen superb for families, great large table. A few more wine glasses wouldn't go amiss, and larger duvets on beds. All in all enjoyed stay would come again

Great location. Very clean, warm and comfortable. If the owner invested in some good quality mattresses for the double beds the property would have been perfect!
